Updates and Fixes for July 18th 

Here’s a quick summary of recent fixes and changes we’ve made to Blogger:

Blogger is now available in Malay! Blogger has a large base of users in Malaysia and we are excited to now bring them Blogger in their native language.

Comment moderation can now be automatically enabled after a fixed number of days.

Spam interstitials now let readers click through to blogs.

Blog feeds optionally include your email address.

Apakah moderator pekerjaan yang mudah ?

Dari segi tampilan sih, mudah sekali tampaknya. Ternyata kalau sudah melakoni sendiri baru ngerasain kapoknya dah !!!.. hehehe

moderator yang baik menurut saya setidaknya;

1. time keeper yang baik.
2. menguasai materi dari para pembicaranya (secara umum).
3. membuat/memancing peserta untuk bertanya.
4. membatasi pertanyaan-pertanyaan peserta supaya relevant dengan isu yang dibahas.
5. mencairkan suasana bila terjadi ketegangan (perbedaan pendapat, dsbnya).
6. mengarahkan pembicaraan tanpa disadari. Atau basa lainnya MC (master of ceremony).
7. tambahan mungkin..............

Itulah pengalaman baru saya kerja disini , dan menurut pendapat pribadi pemilihan saya menjadi moderator pada saat sekarang ini kurang tepat karena beberapa alasan, tetapi yang jelas jam terbang saya kurang sekaleeeeeee..........
Materi ?? yo jelas lebih kurang. kerja aja belum genap 1thn,
Demam panggung ? ya iya lah apalagi kalo acaranya dihadiri para GM dari berbagai perusahaan di Semarang, Pak camat, dan berbagai instansi terkait lainnya.

Keterbatasan personil menjadikan saya pilihan terburuk diantara yang lain... hehehe.
Ketika menerima mandat tersebut tidak pernah terbayangkan segitu sulitnya. Toh saya sudah bertatap muka dengan ribuan/jutaan orang baik untuk pekerjaan/interview atau kehidupan sosial saya. Terlebih menjadi moderator bukan pembicaranya (sekedar pembuka, tanya jawab dan penutupan). Padahal setelah dipikir ulang menjadi seorang pembicara hanyalah selayaknya kita presentasi di ruang perkuliahan dengan pesertanya temen-temen kuliah sendiri, dan moderatornya siapa dalam perkuliahan ?? ya tentu DOSEN kita yang memimpin perkuliahan itu sendiri !!! dan bila ada yang bertanya ngawur, maka dengan cerdik sang dosen berusaha mengarahkan menjadi sesuatu yang relevant dengan perkuliahan kita (setidaknya di ilmu sosial).

Menantang ? jelas... energi saya tersedot buat satu acara seharian penuh. Pulang rumah langsung molor 12jam, karena konsentrasi saya pada tiap pembicara, penanya, peserta dan acara keseluruhan. Rekan-rekan disini (kantor-red) banyak memberi masukan bahwa saya kurang PD. saya pribadi meyakini hal yang sama, tetapi yang jelas menganggu adalah ketidak PD-an saya dalam memotong pertanyaan2 yang tidak relevant dengan acara. Tricky juga jadi moderator ternyata..... hehehe...... Sukanya dengan pekerjaan ini; "lakukan yang terbaik karena tidak ada kesempatan kedua" setidaknya pas acara itu. Beda lagi ceritanya dengan panggung berbeda di acara lain.
